Regular Check-in time is from 14:00h - 22:00h but many times we are flexible in this matter, depends on if the room is ready, we can do the check-in earlier if you notify it before your arrival, also in case of late night arrival, we can have everything arranged and waiting for you.

In our reception, one of our staff will welcome you, show you your room with all necessary information and give you the proper key.

All units are air conditioned, have TV-SAT, WIFI Internet, Safe box, hairdryer, kettle and fridge.

Apartments also include kitchen with necessary kitchenware.

-Size of armchair bed 90cm x 2.00mt, for extra bed used sofa bed.

In our apartments there is not room for more extra beds.

Only rooms with sea view have sofa-bed or armchair-bed, and these room can used as triple-bed room.

Third bed for Child up to 4 years, is free. If necessary, we can place the baby cot for free.

The best time to visit Adriatic Apartment is the second half of June and first week of July.

It would be off-season period, we recommend the month of May to half of June, as well as the second half of September to the end of October. We think that this period is pleasant for visiting our country of Montenegro as well as our city of Ulcinj.

The nearest beach is Long beach, known as “Velika Plaza” or “Plazha e Madhe”.

Ulcinj is known for sandy beaches. This is the longest and unique sandy beach of Montenegro. One of the most beautiful beaches on the Mediterranean. There are also wild beaches nearby for privacy fans, the beaches on the rocks or platform (slabs).

We don’t have own umbrellas on the beach. for that, guests are not tied to one place, one beach. The nearest beach is managed by Hotel Otrant the next one managed by Karisma “Holiday Villages Montenegro”. and so on. Price for the beach sets range from 5,00 € to 35,00€ and higher. Offer depends of the place and type of Umbrellas. In the closest beach one umbrella and two sunbeds cost 10,00 €.
